The new low-cost one-piece 5-Bladed solution is based on our successful S-Series Sickle impellers and was specifically designed for demanding compact cooling applications.
The VS2 is characterized by the following outstanding features:
High efficiency:
Reduced drive power cuts energy / fuel consumption.
Low noise emissions:
High power density – large airflow at high pressure – allows the VS2 to operate at a lower rpm compared with conventional blade profiles. This, together with an acoustically optimized blade profile, results in exceptional sound performance.
Very robust
Operation at 4000 rpm is no problem – even at a temperature of 90°C.
Low mass:
The one-piece design makes the impeller very light resulting in low bearing loads and moment of inertia.
The right-hand turning VS2 is available up to a diameter of 458 mm / 18”. The impeller can be fitted to a drive-shaft directly with the standard drilling pattern or with adapters to motor shafts.
